HTML blockquote - how to use <blockquote> tag

The <blockquote> tag, HTML Block Quotation Element, indicates that the enclosed text is a quotation. Most browsers display the text with indentation but the display can be changed using CSS. The link for the source of the quotation can be provided by using the cite attribute. A text representation of the quotation can be provided by using the <cite> element.

cite
This indicates the URL from where the quotation has been taken from.
