HTML underline - how to use <u> tag

The HTML <u> tag is used to define text that should be stylistically different from other text. Usually it is rendered as underlined text. It is better to use styles to define different styled text.


The <u> tag supports the global and event attributes.


<p>this text should be <u>underlined</u></p> <!--using styles--> <p>this text should be <span style="text-decoration:underline">underlined</span></p>
